just to say hello before i need any advice , ive been looking though the forums and seems some clued up guys on here , i am spark by trade and been in a few multi disciplined roles as far as servicing equipment goes , but seems our lass is wanting a cafe anyway so far have two units a new 600 ltr freezer upright by polar and a three year old ice machine -polar t318 ,dont really know a great deal about commercial appliances and was wondering if there are any particular brands to avoid or any basic advice with what to look for when buying second hand any guidance would be much appreciated many thanks guys and hope i will be able to return the favor in the future
