Frost Heave

I have a home built freezer built on a concrete floor. The floor is starting to arch at one end of the freezer. I believe this is something like a frost heave? Freezer has been in place for a couple of years and the arch is slowly growing. What are some possible solutions to solving this problem?

The only think is coming to my mind right now is bad floor insulation, and the moister under your floor is freezing up and trust me you cant stope ice, it will rip off your floor, so i guess talk to some specialist to insulate your floor
