Carrier Transicold - Don't stop cooling

Hello,
I have a problem with Carrier Transicold (69NT42-334). It cold the air to set temperature, then IN-RANGE is light, but it doesn't turn off COOL illumination and everything is working. I supposed that when it cool the temperature to IN-RANGE it should stop cooling. Have anyone a idea?

never stops blowing cold!
if there is temperature difference between supply and return, it works correctly.

what type of pcbs on it manual with diodes or digi control if its manual check relay 4 is there on board that tells me if it cools and stops or goes to heat
