RDM Data Manager Help

Hi All,

I have recently started doing work at a supermarket that has a RDM data management system installed and most of the cabinets have the RDM power tray with no RDM display fitted and using the original cabinet controller for temp display.

Is it possible to do a manual defrost from the data manager to a selected cabinet?

I have looked on the data manager for a model number but I cant find it, It is about seven years old with yellow buttons and a usb slot on the front panel.

It's possible to do from the front end, been a long time since i looked. check resourcedm.com for manuals.
