Chill water valve bypassing.

Hi guys can someboby explain how to check a chill water valve if its not shuting properly and to do a pressure test as well.thank you

Is this a manual shut-off valve or an electrically driven control valve?

you can check this by either an intermitent valve between the two systems,or manometers installed.
