Markup on parts and equipment.

Hi Guys.Can somebody tell me what is the best calculation to markup on parts and material.I dont want to ripped my customer.Thanks.

ask ur customers what they were paying previously

depends on quality quantity of customer useage and when are you getting paid/ most wholesalers have a retail price that we get discount on is that not a good start/ also is it van stock or special order i have found the cheapest parts are not always the best the customer does not want another breakdown and you dont want the recall/ over the last couple of years we have had a real problem with elco fan motors so we dont fit them any more
