Hi,
i want to check and maybe add refrigerant to a compressor (Aspera NEK 6187Z, 1Hp - R134A). this compressor is used to maintain a temperature of 18-20 degrees celsius to a small room.
the problem is that i don't know which must be the pressure in the low side and how i can find this value.

What kind of system it is? Captube or TXV? Low side pressure changes according to box temperature in Captube system and evaporator outlet temp in TXV system. You have to refer to PT chart of R134a.

low side pressure to be around 40 psig at 18~20'C box temp.
