help with new manitowc Q130 ice maker

The machine seems to be going through the cycles correctly according to the manual but when the water flows over the trays the ice is not forming

is the rocker switch in wash mode? ie constant filling and draining?

hi sandy , try running it with no water running over the evap, see if it freezes,

Its in Wash mode. Flick the switch on the front to ice mode if in ice mode already the compressor is not running , you say brand new then its under warranty , call the seller .
