if its building some ice on the pipe we would call it an ice bank cooler
used a lot in beer cooling

or its a water chiller

or call it what you want if its doing the job correctly a bucket if its not!!!

So you want to cool water with a copper tube inside that water?

If the tube is inside and ice forms around it, it is called an ice bank.
If the tube is outside the water then it is a water chiller.

The ice bank method is used to store up cooling, so it can be released over time,
in a milk tank or beer cooler (as has been explained) these tend to be used when
large amounts of cooling is required in a short time.

The water chiller type can take many forms but tend to be continuous cooling.

Hope that helps

All the best

Thanks every one for yours answers
I think this is an Ice bank since there is store on the pool, not circulate and the tube is inside the water
Now if the pool water (water and salt) is 200 gallons and I want to cool it from 38 C (100.4 F) to – 15 C (5 F) in 30 minutes how to make the calculations
M*Cp*dt =(200*3.78 *53 *3.9)/1800= 87 kw
