sanyo vrf 2 way eco i P30 error

hi all,

can anyone assist me on trying to fault find a p30 error code.

i have a vrf with a system controller which has one group i gather making it have 1 master 4 sub units.

i have not really worked on sanyo vrf.

should i be getting o volts on the transmission line, i seem to be but getting 17vdc on the remote control line.

any help would be appreciated

hi install monkey, not familiar with these sanyo vrf units. how can i tell what the fault is with the unit and also pinpoint which unit has the fault.

check indoor unit for the one not operating and check the hi limit condensate float-pull the drain plug to see if it restarts

i went round the ducted fan coils to see if one was not working and the rest was but did not seem to find the problem unit. i also had a h6 error on this system which i know is compressor low pressure activation.

HI Guys,

P30 is a fault on an Indoor unit or group of indoor units which has no remote controller installed on it.
If you have identified the group you must connect a controller to the master indoor unit in the group to identify the fault. You can borrow one from another area if you don't carry a service remote.
Once connected and switched on the controller should display the actual fault. This time of year most likely P10 condensate pump fault . But could be anything.
