Daikin outdoor main supply RCCB triped

I have Daikin 30HP, VRV III system with 13 indoor units. This is New installation before two year

Outdoor model: RXYQ18PY16 & RXYQ12PY16, Indoor Model:FXFQ100PVE

Today outdoor main supply RCCB triped due to that all indoor units corded remote shows "U4"error.

RCCB specification : Legrand make RCCB specification :415v,C63 Icu -10000ka,10KA & another attached 0.1A,100mA

please suggest, which is the possible reasons for outdoor Main supply RCCB triping.

Either RCD breaker is faulty, or you have earth leakage problem. First have RCD tested and varify accuracy.

Two outdoor unit for one breaker, are you sure diakin recommend 63Amp Type C? If so, you have some earth leakage.

I observed outdoor RCCB tripped in rainy season. why?

daikin recommend 2a power supply for each outdoor unit.
check for water in yor isolator,reset breaker and prove 415v at each condenser.check internal fuses,test insulation of all 6 compressors,prove operation of each compressor,test inverter circuits
