Hi there,
I arrived to a call out to two AUY30TFAMF running of one controller. The one remote on/off switch is flashing and an error code EEEE. One unit seems to be running fine though but the other one has the 3 Leds flashing constantly and isn't running.
The remote wont let me into diagnostic mode by holding the "energy save/zone" buttons.
I'm new to AC and any help would be appreciated
