Hi
I have a LEC ice maker and while I know people decry them this one has worked for over 10 years and given good service so I want to keep it also it fits perfectly in my bar. The problem is that the ice is coming out joined up (not separate segments) as if it is being overfilled with water. Is there a setting for the water level or is it done some other way. This of course causes the mech to jam frequently. Any ideas also if anyone has a manual/ diagrams etc for it I would be interested as I like as much documentation as I can get on my kit.
