I came across a mitsui model MNO18HN5F,R407C,celing type.On the rempte control(cabled) there is the error E8.This according to the client is displayed after 10 minutes.Any idea of the fault

E8 = Indoor/outdoor unit communication error (Signal receiving error) Outdoor unit has not received a signal for 3 min check inter con wiring check S2 S3 voltage
