hi all
has any one had any problems with gas change from R22 to R422d on a industrail HT systerm
first i took out 280kgs of R22 replaced with R422d so far iv added 480kgs of R422d and i still dont have a full sight glass the receiver level is lower than befor room temp are not dropping head pressure up and down from 9 bar to 16 bar when im trying to achieve 12bar head pressure with a back pressure of 3bar two sabro compressors one running flat out and one at 50%to 100% iv also had this problem with other systerm the trend is that iv got to put alot more gas in to get it working correctly. any one had any problems with this gas or any suggestions whot to try next i cant believe that iv got to but so much gas in to whot i took out.
