If you want cooling capacities, then you have to give us all the info to calculate it. It will vary from 5 till 100 kW and all answers will be correct.

Heat load calculation, need lots INPUT, as it will loading your compressor.
without this Input you are lost, As Peter_1 said...5 to 100KW...hahahah

don't forget the product SH (Specific Heat) or (latern heat) is also playing a big rules.

As others said , you should give us the all details of your cold room like u said 20 tones of fruits and vegetables.Please give us other details like lighting system, on which floor it is , roof is covered or not ; everything which are the source of heat generation should be considered.
