I've got a Concealed Duct Samsung mini split installed. It's an EH035CAV and the wired remote (and wireless remote) can not control the fan speed. The fan always stays at the lowest setting.
The voltage supplied to the motor does increase with each fan setting (but the actual airflow and rpm of the fan never changes).
The Power, Com 1, and Com 2 lights (red, green, and yellow) are all flashing constantly on the indoor unit main circuit board. There are no flashing lights or error codes on the wireless remote display panel or the wired remote.
Any ideas? I've already reset the option code to 015773-1583CE and even tried the default of 015773158189.
