Hi,

I have 3 different PQRY-P600YSHM systems at the same building which of each has 1500 error code.
I'm sabsolutely sure that each system has its correct amount of additional refgirerant.
Each system has 2 BC, MAIN is CMB-1010GA1 and SUB is CMB-108GB1.

M-Net addresses are correct also...

I need any kind of help here.
Thanks in advance.
Regards

Hi Again,
Some additional info for this thread.
After changing the modes of indoor units which are connected to SUB BC, all solenoids (a,b,c) on this BC remains open and they are never closed again. So, the system pressures drops, performance drops and then 1500 error code occurs.

I never noticed this problem on the MAIN BC.

Best Regards.

valve shut on condenser?

Valve shut risk seems not possible, 3 different outdoor units with same capacity has the same error code.

Please kindly find the attached MN Tool record and check SUB BC solenoids' ON/OFF situations.

Here's another record for PQRY-P600YSHM.

Please take a look on both MAIN BC and SUB BC electronic board software versions, VER.1.00.

Also all solenoids of SUB BC "a,b,c are ON".
This is quite weird.

1500 Overcharged

refrigerant

abnormality

1. If the discharge SH 10K is

detected during operation (at

first detection), the heat

source unit stops at once.

The 3 minutes restart

prevention mode is entered.

After three minutes, the heat

source unit starts up again.

2. If the discharge SH 10K is

detected again within 30

minutes after the heat source

unit stops (second detection),

an abnormal stop is applied,

and “1500” is displayed.

3. If discharge SH 10K is

detected more than 30

minutes after the heat source

unit stops, the state is the

same as the first detection

and the same operation as 1.

above takes place.

4. The abnormal stop delay

period is in effect for 30

minutes after the heat source

unit stops. The abnormal stop

delay period LED turns ON

during this time.

Hi Install Monkey,

Thank you so much for your kind effort. If you have the opportunity to check MN Records, please do. You will see the strange points such as version of PCB and solenoids of SUB BC.

if you do not have that special mitsubishi electric software installed on your pc, it's not possible to see. You are right but that software is over 100mb and impossible to upload to here.

I think your on the right track with regards the SUB BC box. A & C solenoid energised for cooling, B solenoid energised for heating but the SUB BC is indicating all ON, which would say to me the software/PCB is incorrect. Have you spoken to Mitsubishi about this issue?

Thanks first.
Yes, i told'em that i had serious doubt on PCB software but could not alert them yet. These Branch controllers (BC) are quite new models GA1 and GB1 with a software version of 1.00.
I'm not sure this version is compatible with YHM outdoor units.

Do you have any MN Tool records of R2 systems with you now? If so, could you please check the software versions of GA1 and GB1 branch controllers?

Yes, after uploading the latest version (ver1.02) that malfunction code disappeared and all 3 systems started to work properly.

Thanks.

Not at all, just put my two cents in your version 1.0, oh yeah that's version 1.02.
