Key fobs to cut AC units off

hello does anyone no where I can buy key fobs system which will cut the AC unit off when you take the key out the card system is no good.

Pyroelectric or passive infrared sensor , same thing you would have on an alarm system or automatic lighting.
Basically a motion detector.
