We have 3 split systems working off one hard wired controller, works OK in cooling mode but when switching to heating mode takes in excess of 25minutes for compressors to pick in. Have tried this with just one split and the hard wired controller and it does exactly the same. Samsung technical have been unable to assist , is there anyone out there who has had a similar problem.
