Stolen Lineset

We are doing a rehab where the copper line set has been stolen on a newer unit. My concerns are the oil. It is an R-22 unit and there is a good amount of oil in the evaporator drain pan and I am concerned with the remainder being contaminated because of exposure to air.

What is the best proceedure to replace missing oil? Should a second drier be added or just the original replaced?
