hoe to disable <<p10>> error on VRF system..?

In sanyo VRF sometimes <<p10>> error shows on remote,that means: float switch switch is activated.i want to know in what condition this float switched is activated and to avoid this problem what to do..? in ductable unit and ceiling cassette where is it located..?

look for the unit that isnt blowing when switched on.take out the fan cover plate then pull the drain plug out the side and empty the water out.take out the cover plate under the drip tray.it has a lip on it under the fan.lower the polystyrene drip tray and clean the slime/crap out the tray. rebuild and reset the fuse spur and the fault should clear
