Hi All
I have been asked by a client to provide details of energy savings that could be made by increasing the air conditioning set point by 1degC.
The system is a chilled water system (20% MEG) with 2no Airedale chillers connected to a plate heat exchanger, on the secondary water side we have chilled beams and fan coils.
I dont have to water temps and chiller details to hand, but can report back tommorrow with the info.
So can anyone provide me with a formula on how to work out the energy savings (kWh) or advise me on what information i need to establish.
