when i switch off and on again the compressor runs for a few seconds, then nothing until I cycle power again (using either the plug or thermostat). i don't think the thermostat is the problem. the compressor never gets a chance to get hot. i wonder if it could be the start components. Is it possible that the relay is providing the starting "boost" voltage but not the running voltage? if so should I be looking at the relay itself or something else?
