Mitsubishi rotary compressor

Came across small ac unit for electric board on a laser cuitting machine, compressor is stuck and trips the fuse > needs to be replaced. Unit made by Rittal.
Compressor model is: RB173NPF, R-134. No literature and I doubt if I can find the same compressor. Capacitor is 25mf
Does anyone have any info on that model?

Ther cooling duty will be stamped on the data tag on the side of the machine. They usually use Unite Hermatique compressors which are equally hard to source..I can get them through Rittal but they are expensive via them for obvious reasons.
