RC Chiller Oil Preheat lockout timer bypass procedure

We shutdown an RC Chiller to fix a simple leak. When we put it back on we noted the above lock out timer - we have to wait 24 hours before we can re-start the chiller. The oil is warm, and the compressor has no liquid in it.

The manual advises there is a back door method for 'Specialists' - any ideas !!!
