Need help! Modell CDM-550CBU with Electronic EMS-55 (Coca-Cola)

Good morning!
First of all, i am a German and my English is terrible. I hope you can help me.
I have an Sports-Restaurant. All 14 days we have Football-Games. So i need the Refriger only on these Weekends. The Problem is, the Cooler has an intelligent System with Door-Switch an Infrared-Sensor.
When i plug the Cooler in, the Cooler automaticly learn 2 days, how often the door is open and how many people are in Front of the Cooler.
Thats my Problem. I want to plug in one day bevor i need it and the cooler must cool to max.
f.e.
Friday => plug in to power => Fill it with bottles
Saturday => Football-Game-Day => sell the bottles
Sunday => plug off for the next 14 days

I must say the electronic to cool to max., not to learn 2 days.

My only thought is to replace the controller as Coca-Cola spent a lot of money developing that particular controller and I doubt if there is any way around it's design functions.
