thermoking sb-210 hourmeter problem need help

We have a thermoking unit sb-210 with sr-2 controller.Before it is reading in total hours of 167890 then all of a suddent it jumps from 166668482. But there no alarm code showing. Can anybody help me in this problem what the cause and how to solve it.

Software update will fix it. Most likely your unit has B003 or B004. I don't know of any hour meter issues with B007 or higher.
