Good day to all,

Summer is approaching very fast in our region; in which we are staring to encounter "lack of refrigerant alarm" in our chiller packs system. We check all the possible causes like leaks, suction and discharge pressure as well as the ampere reading and all other areas in which the fault was related, but everything was normal. Can you help me to figured out what are the other possible causes of this alarm.

Thanks and God bless,

Is the alarm level set correctly?

If you measured all, you should submit data here:

Here is a list of the temps/pressures needed to troubleshoot a system:

Evap air/water in temp
Evap air/water out temp
Low side pressure or saturation temp
Suction line temp at evap outlet
Suction line temp at compressor inlet

Cond air/water in temp
Cond air/water out temp
High side pressure or saturation temp
Liquid line temp at receiver or condenser outlet
Liquid line temp at TXV inlet
The more information provided the more accurate the diagnosis.
