Hi all,

First of all sorry for my english, i will do my best so you can uderstand me.

Lets say, we have 20 evaporators in in supermarket. We have main line, then branch for 7 evaporetor, then branch for next 2 and so on...
I want to know how to calculate pressure drops in lines (liquid and gas). I dont want forulas, i know them, i want to know if i must take all pipes in all branches, or just the branch in witch there is most pressure drop (like in ventilation air pressure drops).

Hope you understand me, if not i can put some picture here to show you what i want to know :)

Have a nice day!

I would have thought that it would be better to size each branch to provide equal resistance across the main branches.
