Maxima Defrost Problem

Hi, I have a Maxima 1200 that I cant get to defost.
I suspect the defrost thermostat switches but am not sure.Beside the two DT's there is another small switch with 2 white wires. Is this related to defrost. How are these checked out.?

Try linking the DT's out. If it goes on manual defrost then you know that is the problem.

The small klixon will be for the suction bypass if it's a solid state controller and not micro - favoraite on these is 3 way valve passing if it terminates when receiver is front seated that's wat it will be -if it's energised
