hotpoint ffp187bp not freezing or cooling

Hi

I have a hotpoint ffp187bp thats about 3 years old.

it has stopped making any noises and has stopped cooling and freezing.

The fan is still running.

I removed a chunk of ice from under the coils but still made no difference. I have also cleaned underneath it but still nothing.
I cant hear the compressor or its not hot to touch.

hi vic , there is not much you can do but turn it off let it de- frost, run it for a day, if its a no go get a fridge firm in < get a quote< all the best , sedgy,
