1.Can introduction of liquid receiver reduce high discharge pressures in a refrigeration system ? becoz ma system doesnt have.

Some systems are designed to work without receiver, if you add one you will need more refrigerant in the system and you can expect a small increase in head pressure, especially if the ambient is high.

in theory yes, because you add heat transfer surface in discharge side . but it is not too much comparing with condenser surface with blowing fan.

The bottom of the condenser is designed to act as a receiver.

I am with Gary on this one!
I have removed 20kgs or more from some chillers with large (oversize) condenser coils which have been overcharged.
Which seems to be the norm nowadays for many manufacturers.
I assume so that the chillers can be sold in a more varied theater of operations.
If you understand what I mean?
