Mitsi Heavy Problem

Hi Guys,
got to look at a mitsi heavy cassette split tomorrow, its about 9 months old, problem is when you turn on the controller the display goes blank after about 10 seconds, i know on mitsi electric this can mean there is no power at the indoor unit, dont do much on heavy so any help would be good. like i say i have not attended site yet so i have no info as regards make and model etc.

Thanks Richard, i think it could be the same as mitsi electric regarding the power issue to the indoor unit. i will check tommorrow, cant get in till 5 though, i might give 3d a ring just incase. thanks again mate.
