Whirlpool K20 won't stop making ice!

Hi there, can anyone help me with a problem I have with a Whirpool K20 ice machine.

It won't cut out out when the bin is full and will carry on making ice unless I turn it off. I have tried replacing the bin thermostat as I thought that was the likely problem but it hasn't made any difference.

Please help it's driving me mad.

what position is the knob at and have you fitted the stat with the one nut or the two screw version

pull a wire off the bin stat to see if it stops.if it runs then check the wiring loom,if it stops check ur stat connections
