Hope some one can help because my experience with Stulz units is very limited.
I have 4 Mini-Space Stulz comms room units 380-415/3/50, and the controllers are CompTrol 1002 client advises me that they are set up 2 on 2 off sequencing set up, one is in a low pressure fault which is getting sorted however the problem is that it seems that the other unit linked to this is locked off through the sequence, as far as i can gather if one of the two systems throw up a fault it freezes the sequencing timer which would explain why the other is locked off.
What i need is to access the controls but cannot find the password to access the controls to clear the fault to swap the sequence, does anyone know if their is a standard password to access these controllers? id hope they have standard passwords like Denco systems.
