Mc Quay MDS multi system Programming

Hi
has anyone worked on a Mc Quay MDS series A system with multiple Evaporators. I have installed a outdoor unit (MDS060A) with five indoor units to match the outdoor unit, however I am having probelms with the programming. the outdoor unit only sees one evap and that is the one with zero as its address.

I don't know these units but does this installation guide help you at all?

Have you programmed the outdoor unit with the number of indoor units connected?
