Diplomat apm6855-1 fridge not working, help

The freezer is working, but at -38 and the fridge is displaying H. This did happen a month ago but defrosted, then started working. Only difference this time is the light in the fridge gone aswell. Any ideas what the problem could be.

that is what has been causing the defrost problem, but will that also get the the fridge working
