It's a standard compressor envelope. On the horizontal axis it's the saturated suction temperature.
On the vertical axis the saturated condensing temperature.
By crossing the temperature, you will end up in the areas of the envelope.
Motor 1 area means that the compressor selected must be purchased with motor type 1. If you end up in motor 2 area, you can freely choose between motor 1 or motor 2 at your will.
If you end up in the yellow shaded area, the compressor should be purchased with the optional fan cooling.
If you end up in the green shaded area, optional fan cooling and a maximum superheating of 35°F must be ensured for proper operation.

It's similar. In the lowest area, no limitations except max 20°C suction temperature. In the middle area, 20K maximum superheat is allowed. In the top area. 20K max superheat plus head cooling fan are required.
The top chart is Bitzer, and the bottom chart is Refcomp, right?
