Mitsubishi Heavy R407c

[Slim R410a]

Mitsubishi Heavy R407c 20.0kw ducted indoor with controller RCD-H-S-E.
Controller set temp has been locked on 23degC - how can I unlock this?
Also when put on heat mode displays hot keep - anybody know what this means?

You will have to take the controller apart - undo the screw first! Inside there is a group of dip switches that should be labeled, I cannot remember what ones there are - it has been a long time since I have seen one. There is also a line of jumper wires some of which may have been cut, again can't remember what does what.
The hot keep is a cold draft prevention thingy.
