Kobol Evap

Hi have had two Kobol coils go in the same room, only 10 months old with leaks on the opposite side to the manifold, with what looks like little dimples on the copper, any idea what is causing it or is it a manufacturing fault, on 404a evaporating at -34c, room -22c
