could someone please tell me how to increase the fan speed by inputing a code sequence and how do I get the code to show on the control unit?

You will need to confirm the model number, there are various daikin ducted units with different field settings or by relocating the fan wiring connection at pcb.

The model number is RY140KUY1.

Could you please tell me if I am able to reset the unit to factory settings as my so called learned friend went and changed some of the codes and I am now getting a UR appearing in the window.
