daikin ducted

I have a problem with the outdoor unit of a ducted Daikin RY71FV1.THe condensor fan will not run and compressor cuts out on High pressure switch.The fan is O.K. & when manually run, [ie;bypass circuit board] the unit runs O.K. Does anyone know what can prevent the fan from running?
I suspect a faulty sensor or circuit board.Is it possible to get a service manual for this model ? [approx 10 yrs old ]

are you getting voltage on the PCB?

Connected fan seperate,ie bypassed pcb fan output] Have power to pcb & unit running 3 days now[ie;controlling temp]
Appears to be fan output not working only.
