Hi

We have a customer with a swimming pool heat pump up in Preston. Is there anyone here who can have a look at this over the next few days..even over a weekend or evening as it is a home

It's an Alto so most likely it's lost it's gas (R407c).. If you're interested please let me know as I need to sort out PDQ

I don't have any experience of that make ... Are you sure it's lost gas?
If that's the case, the leak needs finding, repairing and then regassing. simple enough for any experienced ref / ac engineer.

Consideration needs to be given to why the fault occured in the first place, to prevent a re occurence.

No I am not sure as I am in Newbury and the job is in Preston..Would you be interested?
