Hi there I'm a trained refrigeration and Air Conditioning engineer looking to learn a bit about Transport refrigeration and maybe even pass some work somebodys way in the North West. If anybody would like some labour in exchange for some knowledge drop me a line.

No you read it correct Frank
It must mean if you have experience you wont work for 12/hr
I wouldn't get out of bed for that and i'd probably slap someone if they offered me that.
My apprentice is on more than that.
Monkeys,Peanuts blah blah blah
Cheers

Assuming fully skilled and experienced in line with their Ad...

£12/hr x 40 hrs/wk x 52 = £24960.00 annum

Fully skilled but not experienced.... even less

Skilled and not experienced ??????

Are you paying low rates such as these?

We are on the other side of the pond but I can tell you that over here your lucky to get a good guy for $33 / hour plus benifits. Works out to over $55. (thats Canadian which at this time is par with us.)
Kid cleaning my shop makes 12/hr
