Samsung Vivace

Hi Guys - I have a Samsung Vivace A-C, for some reason it is showing 'DF' on the display. Now, I do know it will do this when defrost is required, however 'DF' is showing all the time. Both indoor and outdoor units are inactive and 'DF' will not re-set by powering off the unit.

Any thoughts appreciated
