I attended site re a fault code "43" no water flow fault on a carrier fluid chiller.
I checked the water flow sensor which has a led light configuration on top. When the water recirc pump is running it turns to green. If you switch the pump off it switches to red.
I have checked and made sure the pump interlock is okay on terminals 35-34 located underneath the carrier pro log controller.
Your help would be very much appreicated.

Check the filter water? the water inlet temperature is greater than the output?

The water filter is clear. The temperature of the water is the same either side of the evap. The unit faults out before the cooling circuits start.
