Ariston air con fault codes

Please can anyone help with Ariston air con fault codes. We have a customer with some R22 Ariston air con dating around 2000. Fault codes E3 / E4. Search on internet proves fruitless. Ariston air con uk no longer exists

I aussume they are a cheap chinese unit like the many we get here.
I have codes for several brands but they all are similar and point to :
E3 indoor pipe temp error(maybe probe faulty or SOG)
E4 outdoor pipe high temp error.
