Samsung cassette TH025EAV

The system shows no faults or error codes works fine in cooling but in heating the conpressor starts then goes of and does not come back on again, Samsung suggested it may be the air temp sensor chnaged this but still the same, any ideas

What readings have to taken to see what is happening with the system?

I cant see it being the Air sensor, maybe an indoor coil thermistor

but as Brian says abit data needed please
