I have one suggestion in Toshiba VRV System
1.Why Liquid line sweating?
2. No Cooling in room
Compressor Discharge line temp-92.6c
Compressor suction line temp-20.5c
Liquid line Pressure-285psi
Suction line Pressure-80psi

Which refrigerant is this VRF using?

Sweaty liquid line and high(ish) compressor discharge temperature indicate short of refrigerant.
